We have a fantastic opportunity to join a leading distributor of electrical automation products as an Internal Sales Executive. This is an amazing opportunity to join a local business and to be part of an expanding and specialised team!
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a high level of customer services as well as product advice, processing orders and generating bespoke quotations.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries both over the phone and via email.
- Process sales orders.
- Produce product quotations.
- Update CRM and stock systems.
- Follow up on outstanding quotations.
- Maintain excellent relations with existing customers, continuously managing the account and identifying potential areas of growth.
- Liaise with suppliers and third parties.
- Support colleagues and the wider business.
- Day-to-day administration.
- Account management for a set of customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience within a technical sector is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A strong team player.
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Committed and hardworking attitude.
