Job Description
Due to their continued success and growth, our client is currently recruiting for a highly organised Office Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with an excellent reputation during an exciting time of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide and promote a good working relationship with direct and subcontract labour to ensure a harmonious workplace.
- Ensuring efficient assistance with the general administration activities in office
- Provide first line communication, support with the fleet, booking vehicles for repairs and driving vehicle to required locations.
- Review and approve daily timesheets data and work hours for site employees
- Raising purchase orders for completed works and maintain registers
- Booking accommodation for engineers working away
- Arranging uniform and PPE for employees
