Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating schedules and internal communications with engineers and clients
  • Organise and maintain maintenance for machinery and equipment
  • Support with order processing and supporting inventory management
  • Maintain and accurately update records and in-house database across various platforms
  • Streamline and monitor workflows and identify areas for improvement

 

Skills and Experience required:

  • Essential written and verbal communication skills
  • Background knowledge with machinery and or equipment
  • Experience in scheduling and maintaining records
  • Strong Microsoft Office Experience
