Job Description

Time Appointments are delighted to be working exclusively with a Woodbridge based client who are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide first-class support to the Managing Director and wider leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a creative, fast-growing publishing house where no two days are the same.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organising travel, including booking hotels and flights, and managing expenses
  • Comprehensive diary management and scheduling
  • Planning and coordinating events, conferences, and company functions
  • Conducting research on new business projects and ventures
  • Acting as a reliable point of liaison and communication for the Managing Director
  • Reviewing, summarising, and preparing business reports and documentation
  • Providing administrative support including presentations, meeting preparation, and minute-taking
  • Preparing for business meetings with clients and partners
  • Managing day-to-day office operations, including Health & Safety, office contracts, and maintenance

 

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a similar Executive Assistant or senior administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise and use initiative
  • Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Professional attitude with a polished approach to business practice

 

Hours: Part-time (22hours)
