Job Description
Time Appointments are delighted to be working exclusively with a Woodbridge based client who are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide first-class support to the Managing Director and wider leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a creative, fast-growing publishing house where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organising travel, including booking hotels and flights, and managing expenses
- Comprehensive diary management and scheduling
- Planning and coordinating events, conferences, and company functions
- Conducting research on new business projects and ventures
- Acting as a reliable point of liaison and communication for the Managing Director
- Reviewing, summarising, and preparing business reports and documentation
- Providing administrative support including presentations, meeting preparation, and minute-taking
- Preparing for business meetings with clients and partners
- Managing day-to-day office operations, including Health & Safety, office contracts, and maintenance

Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a similar Executive Assistant or senior administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise and use initiative
- Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Professional attitude with a polished approach to business practice
Hours: Part-time (22hours)
