Job Description
Time Appointments have been instructed to recruit for a parts administrator to join a M&E business based in Peterborough. The successful candidate will need to be very experienced within administrative tasks and also be hands on as there will be other tasks that need to be completed within the warehouse.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience working within a wholesaler, M&E company or builders merchants
- Strong Administrative tasks
- Strong computer skills
- Full UK driving licence
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ordering parts and materials
- Making sure all engineers have the correct tools and parts needed
- General office/administrative tasks
- Processing invoices and warranties
- Health and safety checks
- Stock control
- Van inspections
- The potential to make deliveries if needed
