Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for projects from pre-construction through to delivery.
• Manage budgets and subcontractors.
• Ensuring projects meet safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants and stakeholders.

Previous Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a similar role within Earthworks or Civils.
• Overseeing project finances, including cost control, budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, procurement, and managing bids and tenders.
• Ensuring all work meets agreed-upon quality standards and specifications.
• Good negotiation skills.
