Job Description
We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of an award-winning client based in Ipswich who are looking for a Resource Planner to join their growing team.
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining drivers rosters with active management of daily allocations.
Key Duties:
- Coordinating monthly timetable updates and delivering client-requested changes within agreed timescales.
- Using performance data and operational feedback to continuously improve driver duties and allocation efficiency.
- Producing accurate operational reports and providing clear KPI insights to support decision-making.
- Supporting operational systems that manage and monitor real-time fleet movements.
- Proactively identifying and resolving day-to-day operational issues in partnership with Operations and Engineering teams.
- Attend client meetings.
Previous Skills & Experience:
- Understand Legal Driving Hours.
- Strong IT Skills and confident on MS Office packages.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Natural problem solver.
