A Global Freight & Logistics organisation based in Felixstowe is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join their team.

Key Duties:

• Prepare and issue quotations for both new and existing customers.
• Work closely with the sales team to help identify opportunities and support the businesses growth.
• Handle and coordinate Ocean Freight Shipments.
• Manage accurately Air Freight quotations and bookings.
• Arrange and confirm bookings with carriers and service providers.
• To ensure a seamless customer experience, support the field sales team when required.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous 2 years’ experience in Ocean freight forwarding sales.
• Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator.
