Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering excellent customer service by helping customers identify the most suitable solutions for their individual needs
• Confidently demonstrating equipment while ensuring safe and effective use
• Managing stock levels, customer enquiries, and orders through internal systems
• Handling showroom and telephone enquiries professionally, creating a welcoming customer experience
• Receiving, organising, and replenishing stock deliveries efficiently
• Developing strong product knowledge of the latest equipment and innovations
• Supporting the wider team in maintaining a smooth, organised, and visually appealing showroom environment

Previous Skills & Experience:

• Retail or customer service experience is desired.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Organised with good attention to detail.
