Job Description

Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking technology firm that specialise in providing software solutions for Financial Advisers, are looking for a Telesales Executive to join their team.

 

The successful candidate will focus on mainly outbound telephone-based sales activity designed to generate, qualify, and assist in converting new sales opportunities. This is an amazing opportunity for a committed individual that is driven to succeed in a professional services environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilising a range of different data sources to create and maintain a list of potential sales opportunities
  • With a focus on telephone-based activity, build a contact strategy for this prospect list with the intent of generating qualified leads with a need for the company’s software products that can be passed to the Business Development Manager
  • Work with the Business Development Manager to help turn qualified leads into converted sales
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with all relevant information in relation to sales leads, ensuring accurate data is produced in relation to the sales pipeline
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager and the wider Sales team to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and wider industry news

 

Skills Required:

  • Passion for sales
  • B2B/B2C sales/account management experience
  • Dynamic, positive, and proactive attitude
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience of using CRM systems
  • Financial Services experience is desirable
  • Technology industry experience is desirable
