Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Day to Day invoicing to include warranty and contract work
- MOT bookings
- General administration tasks
- Time loading and workshop wages
- Assisting with the daily running of the branch
- Ensure month end work in progress levels are within targets
- Sublet order numbers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an invoicing role
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficient in using computerised systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive approach to problem solving
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
